Just spoke to the Insurance company, neither of you would have a problem using your own reporting system vs. a software.

What I forgot or failed to mention is that this program is also set up to fight frivilous claims. Actually fight them not just settle. (Their words not mine). Also for the 80 hours of training. If you have completed your 24 hours per year Continuing Education for NACHI it would count towards the 80 hours. None of these requirements are written in stone and have leaway. To avoid the misconception it does not strictly mean schooling from a home inspection school. Continuing Education that you received from chapter meetings, conventions, etc. will count. Mere attendance of a chapter meeting or conference does not count.

Coal I was surprised I have not seen coal in over 50 years and did an inspection last week and there was about 15 pieces of coal sitting on a beam.
Not mine so I left it there.

No comma needed for me. I understood you. A valued friendship is not predicated on a comma. In matter of fact I like to collect antiques. My favorite antiques are old friends.
