If no one reads testimonials, how can they read a thank you note?

In most states, and RE offices, RE no longer refer home inspectors.

I am not critical of your video; most of it was OK, but also was basic. I just want to know Ben, how come if all of these points work, why aren't you doing home inspections? I had an agent read your book, of which I purchased 100, and he complained about most of the wording seemed directed to home inspectors, and not home owners. Just passing along the comment. I have not read the whole book yet. Message board is slow, so I thought I would stir it up a bit.
