403k inspections

Does anyone know if there are special credentials needed to perform a home inspection for a 403k improvement loan? I thought any certified inspector can be cleared by the bank issuing the loan. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

Its all on the HUD web site, you’ll need to apply to a regional office. Mine was in Philly.

203k AND yes there are specific credentials AND no the bank does not qualify you
