As far as Inspectors accepting fees from Brinks or whatever their name is this week goes, I ask "Do you disclose receiving a fee for handing over Clients info"?

One has no right to act as a consumer advocate if not doing everything in a clients best interest.

I am currently using Broadview (Brinks) Security. However, if ADT has a better deal for my clients, I use them. The fee that I get from
Boadview means VERY little to my business. My interest is to get my clients the best deal possible.

I have nothing against the offer and if it was included as something on the
FETCH REPORT PAGE, I would not mind it.

But on a personal basis only, I do not offer my clients brochures, coupons
or anything else, while at the inspection. I just don't like doing it.

I do participate in the Broadview program and get paid for that.

Yes, it's written into my pre-inspection agreement. I make big bucks off the Broadview program. Almost enough to offset the cost of my full time apprentice.

I would certainly offer it. I know that when we go into the Membership Benefits section there are numerous offers that we can present to our customers. Are these up to date? Can they still be offered?
