Scott, I thought the file was in vector format . . . which you shouldn't have any problems with, anyway, that's what I remember from Nick's post concerning the sign.

Ok, if vector means it wont be an issue it must be my local sign guy. I asked him to make (2) signs to start. I contacted the banner company that was refered to in the earlier posts this is what I was quoted

I was a sign guy today and saw him blow it up on his computer. it looked good and he checked it out and said the print would be good for view from street. DPI may be a bit low if you are on top of the sign should look OK from 10'15'.

I picked up my 1 sign today from post net for $31.00. I am working with a realtor at a open house this weekend to give this MIC a test run. The sign was 18 x24 and was a little fuzzy. If all goes well it looks like the signs on ebay is the best deal???

If you have a little art talent, the material is basically corrugated PVC and goes under the brand name coroplast.
A 4x8 sheet will run you 8 bucks.
been using it for years and makes great easy to cut bath tile.
It is amazing what you can do with a stencil.

Be carefull on the yard signs. I don't know if anyone has said so but in some area's you can get fined for not having proper permission or a license for putting up the signs. A 1000.00 fine could hurt at this time of year. This has happened and will happen in my neck of the woods be sure before you stick it in the ground. Good luck

Eric you are right about that, but the risk may be worth it.
My tip would be to watch where for sale signs are placed, keep it to weekends , and pickup the sign at sundown.

I was heading down this path also. Seems like I get more Branding effect (Kingfish Home Inspections) this way and I control the whole process and get a contact in every case of a downloaded report.
