Ben, Nick; got a test for this one? Have you guys in Oregon heard anything about this?

I could just see it now. One day from retirement and you get sick and die because you inhaled some spores from tree fungus.

Maybe this will solve the "tree hugger" issues. Died of natural causes.

We're not too woried about it. Unless it bring down property values anymore.
