This was the joke going around at today's www.nachi.org/comden.htm
To determine if the water heater needs to be replaced, the ASHI member starts by looking at the top of the water heater. To determine if the water heater needs to be replaced, the NACHI member starts by looking at the bottom of the water heater. To determine if the water heater needs to be replaced, the scumbag inspector starts by looking in his truck to see if he has a new one he can sell.
