I have a publisher who is putting out a consumer-targeted book about home inspections. I've been working with her for over a year.

She wants to include a sample report in the book.

I have some actual reports, from actual inspections where I have the written permission from the clients. Of course, I have changed the names and addresses and such, but the reports are (otherwise) exactly as they were given to the client.
