Default Baby boomers hunt for smaller houses.

A report from Tennessee-based Market Graphics shows that baby boomers (age 47 to 65) will make up the largest share of the market beginning as early as 2012 as they look for smaller homes. Most are looking for 1,500 to 2,500 square feet near where they live now.

Is this a nation wide stat, or area specific?
