Default Bathroom Reading Material

The buyer commented on a lump in the bathroom floor under the carpet today. I pulled back the carpet and this is what I found. The irony is the home was a forclosure, and owned by white trash. Lots of handy man work. It was a dump!

Sean, with the reading material aside, I can see the handy man work on the tile floor installation. My Mother would have done a better job.

Got pictures of some more of this handy work?

The whole house was a dump. It needed everything. It was one where you go, "where do I start" Nothing was done right. The best was the carpet that looked like hardwood.

I would have asked the client if he really wanted a report on this deal and if he said yes, the price would go up.
