No, I did not ask or direct him to call anyone. I asked him to answer the questions posted in the forum.

It is sad that someone who wishes to solicit business from an organization threatens to sue those members who have legitimate questions about his business and/or motives.

I for one will not be signing up with his organization.

This is the total extent of my communication with him:

Eddie,

Why are you posting the same post in every thread? How about a little more candor from you?

Canned sales pitches rarely work on wary home inspectors. Perhaps they work better with realestators.

Joe Hagarty has posted some good questions that deserve a response in the public section. How about it?

There is still an ethics complaint pending against this person.

It would appear that he had dug his hole a little deeper with his creatige writing skills. I knew that Blaine woujld never tell this guy to confront a NACHI member. Blaine would certainly never put up with threats. But, here goes Mr. Rozek stating that he acted at the direction of our President. Inconsistent with the person I know as Blaine Wiley for several years. Blane is level headed, NACHI indoctrinated, well versed, and very intelligent.

Now, NACHI can be a hard org at times. We all know this. But, in this instance, Mr. Rozek seems to have been caught in the perverbial **** storm. His pat responses had holes in them the size of a truck. Now, there's nothng wrong with a start-up with some problems. It's the response and hostility that begs the question as to whether this person deserves to remain a member and vendor affilliate.

For some vendors, this is trial by fire. Call us a tough crowd.

In the end, Mr. Rozek has still not answered my own questions, nor questions from many others. He has not responded directly to me regatding the allegations. Several members have come forth with the identical story of threats.

Though he states that he doesnt want to dwell on negativity, in this case he has created the negativity. Its like a black hole.

The exchange shows that 1) we have some saavy inspectors, 2) we ask hard but intelligent questions, 3) when we dont like something we say why, and 4) we have a low tolerance for threats.

At the end of the day, Mr. Rozek may find himself banished to Bogeyland with Cyrus Barnaby and TomTom .

Still no reply from Mr. Rozek.

Tick, tick, tick.

We home inspectors are the ones constantly told to be honest, up front and forthcoming whenever asked a question by a prospective client.

We expect the same from those wishing us to be their client.

I believe at one time we had a similar incident(s) with CMI. Fortunately one of our own is there now!

BidDay has not responded and is not returning phone calls.

I have spoken with a few Inspectors from the East and West Coasts who have attempted to make contact to sign up. (They were not aware of this thread). They have had no response from BidDay.
