Unless, you want the same flow for each report which could be easily done with 3D (let me know the format and I could put it together...)
HomeGauge at this time is not interested in partnering with anyone that charges an up front fee without guarantee. I don't expect a guarantee, but then again, I don't expect to pay a fee before I get work.

HomeGauge in the past has always been neutral with all orgs...but there's no denying it, INACHI clearly provides the best value to its inspectors and is dominating ASHI, NAHI and the others in all areas when it comes to giving value to its customers.

I just returned from vacation to receive an offer from BidDay along with a load of other junk e-mail, and thought I would search here to see if anyone knew anything about it. Just finished reading all the posts and it is good to know that I am not the only one who thought this looked like a scam.

So a couple questions. Has anyone searched the CA records for a corporation or LLC or other entity registered as Bidday?

I came up with nothing. BidDays PO box is in Newport CA. Maybe they are registered elsewhere, but that seems like important information. I am certain auctioneers have to carry a bond and have some registration.

I also just did a simple Google search of the phone number: (800) 689-0233 in the Bidday press release and it comes up with this site; http://www.seapac.com/Contact-Us.htm Is BidDay associated with Seapac Real Estate? or is it a typo? I am not sure, but it appears suspicious.

As much as it sounds like an interesting concept, there are just too many unanswered questions. Way too much suggests this is not even a real auction company, but a sophisticated scam to get inspectors credit card numbers. Maybe I am wrong.

I would like to see some proof that this company is a licensed auctioneer of real estate, and that they actually do auction properties.

I think the search function on their own website does the most to expose that they have nothing on auction. At least all the zip codes that I have searched as well as the other posters above.

I would be interested to see proof otherwise.

We have been working with BidDay for almost a year now developing our new version with required links to automatically tie into their backend servers. The program needs to have been developed from the ground up for these specifications to work correctly with their service.

I have been told by Eddie (BidDay's President), that there is a checkbox on the main registration screen that if checked, the Inspector's credit card will not be charged until there are inspections available in their zip code territory. I feel that BidDay is an ethical company, and could provide additional income for inspectors in these economic times.
