Huh? Where did I say that? Post the quote in context.

When you were talking to Lewis about rejoining Nachi. You said this; Get back on board now while it still looks like you have a choice. Again, I promise you that no one will soon.

Yeah, no one will have a choice soon. All non-members will have to join... is what I meant.

Letter from the President of BidDay
----------------------------------

BidDay has experienced a very favorable response from many inspectors nationwide!

Thank you very much for your support and welcome to BidDay!

Some on InterNACHI's board have responded with fear, and now with the understanding of how some inspectors have had previous negative experiences in the past with other companies, It is clear why some inspectors have reacted as so.

Please understand our business model is not focused on inspections, and we are not profiting from them, as we are paying for inspections as your primary client for value to our buyers.

Also, we have not responded to NACHI’s board since our earlier posts as we are working on securing inventory, and this is essential for our inspectors as well as our business Auction Model.

Having inspectors ready helps us reduce the timeline and risk to our inventory providers. If we have committed inspectors in place for specific areas, we then can confidently receive properties in that area, if we do not, then inspectors need to take the time to get set up (inspection software, cameras, understanding of using the software, ect...) and this pushes BidDay's sale date out, as we need to promote the property sufficiently prior to a sale.

If an Auction is scheduled, and we do not have enough inspectors "ready" to inspect, BidDay has risk of not promoting a property sufficiently and thus the property will not be added to the CURRENT auction.

After consideration to make our inspection program a Win-Win and reduce risk for inspectors, we have changed our program slightly.

1. Inspectors who register now, will be considered a VIP inspector at the $200 investment, and will be notified of inspections 3 days EARLIER than Standard Preferred Inspectors.

2. Inspectors, upon registering, can check a box that allows them to register with their credit card, and it will not be charged until they "Reserve" a property for inspection. The Membership rate will be a future stated market rate (approximately $495) paid on the day a property is reserved.

In addition, we have revised and extended our job completion date from 3 days to 5 days to accommodate inspector’s schedules.

All this time I thought this thread was about a bathroom freshening device. Looks like I was not far off.

No one comes on our board and threatens action against our members for their posts, and profits by it.

The Ethics Committee is considering this action made by this member and is extremely interested to hear about any NACHI member that is denied any opportunity for any participation in this program as a result of a post made on this or any other thread.

For the record..this is a negative post made by me against Bidday and its employees and its executives and any other moron foolish enough to be associated with such garbage.

Is it just me, or is BidDay just a bad spelling for bidet?

It was my first thought when I saw the thread title.
