Does anyone know how to convert grams into troy ounces?

Whats the difference between sterling silver, a troy ounce and the current price of silver, which is about $35/ounce

I just found some silver in my attic and was trying to figure out what it was worth.

The numismatic value of coins can be many, many times the melt price of the metal that they contain.
