I'll go one step further and lay odds the prices he charges are under the average for his market too. Bravo, soon CMI will only be associated with Cheap Marketing Inexperience, and shunned by the true professionals nationwide. Who knows with a little work it might become the anti-list for consumers.

The few names that I know & respect (like Gerry Beaumont & Mike Rowan) who have chosen to associate themselves with CMI will most likely defect as the program becomes overrun with those just seeking another easy NACHI driven designation. Too bad & too sad for our profession.

If I changed one of my website titles to "Arizona Certified Master Inspector", of course it would be number one in Google, because nobody searches the term.

So, as per the application I could do 150 hrs of home study send in my $175.00 and get a CMI designation without ever having completed a single inspection. Or am I missing something?? It would not be the first time.

Personally I would not see them searching for Master Inspector either to be honest with you...I see them searching for Certified Home Inspector or Master Home Inspector before just Master Inspector....but thats me...

So how do we rank on 'Master Home Inspector "......

EWWW...we arnt too good on that one....irronically I see Building Specs has their OWN Certified Master Inspector classification...how does that PLAY on the registered trademark....

Certified Inspectors (plural) is the term most used by consumers when looking for inspectors, followed by...

Certified Inspectors city, example Certified Inspectors Denver is the term second most used by consumers when looking for inspectors.

Also, most consumers use google.com to search although Microsoft is going to make a run at search this year.
