Check this out!!!!!!
Ahh, Minnesota, the land of 10,000 Lakes. You have to get a permit to pick your nose or swat a mosquito if you are within the allowed setback from the lake.

Roy, that is about the most creative deck I've seen! What might be more fun would be to find out if a permit was pulled! Ha!
