How do Florida inspectors obtain inspections from Citizens Insurance? I would appreciate any info.

Hi James,

The inspections don't come from Citizens. They come from the homeowner or their insurance agent.

James,

Prices in your area are going anywhere from $75.00 to $150.00. I guess it all depends on what you think you can get and how much you think your time is worth.

They were 150.00 here until recently. Now that the market has slowed down more people are trying to get their share and 2 of the agents that refer me have had multiple inspectors telling them 75.00. The one advertises he does 4-points and wind storms from Martin County to Jacksonville.
