Click to verify seal?

For some reason when I clck on my "Click to verify" seal, the email link says that I do not have an email address. I have added my email address in my profile and it is correct. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Somehow you are invisible. Did you ask staff to make you an invisible member? Do you want to be visible?
