No disagreement (I lived on an 80-acre ranch in Berthoud) - but, it's not a city!

I worked at This Old House Restaurant when I was 16 before it went out of business. We were famous for our Prime Rib and English Trifle.
Do you know of it? Where was your ranch? I lived down the end of Main St. on the outskirts of town. I loved it there. I could get on my horse and just ride. No barriers. |

Hey, Wendolyn -
About 3 miles down Weld County Line Road, which is the road south of the cemetary (a mile east of Berthoud). Old 1915 farm house, about a mile south of the shotgunners' club. |

Or, in other words, about a mile south of the Little Thompson River.
Anyplace else, they'd call it a "crick". |

White farmhouse, dairy, used to be owned by a couple married for like 80 years? She made the best apple sauce around?
If it's the same place, I used to board my horse there. |

I haven't announced this on the www.nachi.org/events.htm yet because Christine is working on a big page just for this event. The training company wants $6,000.00 for the 2 days so we will have to charge somehing for it, non-member attendees will carry the bulk of the cost. I hope to have the page up by tomorrow late.
I will be attending this educational event as well. Nick Gromicko, Certified Master Inspector Find a Home Inspector "Just as iron sharpens iron, one man sharpens another." Proverbs 27:17 |

The Septic System Inspection classes will be held April 24th and 25th (8 AM) at the Coors Event Center, located at the East end of the University of Colorado campus at Boulder, CO.
Driving directions: Coming from Denver: Follow highway 36 to Boulder. Turn left on Colorado Ave. (1st traffic light upon entering Boulder). Turn left on Regent Dr. (1st traffic light). The Coors Event Center is the second building on the left. Coming from Longmont: Follow Highway 119 (Diagonal Highway) South to Boulder. Proceed into town on 119 and turn right on Colorado Ave. (next street past Arapahoe). Cross 28th St. and turn left at Regent Dr. (1st traffic light). The Coors Event Center is the second building on the left. Parking: Regent Dr. in front of the Coors Event Center is metered parking and meters must be fed every 4 hrs. There is a public parking garage located on campus next to the UMC (5 min. walk) and there are various metered lots nearby. Public parking is shown in light pink on this map link http://www.colorado.edu/campusmap/map.html?bldg=EVNT . You'll be competing with CU students for parking so try to arrive a little early. Classroom directions: As you face the event center from Regent Dr., the entrance is around to the left at street level. Enter the double doors and turn right. Follow the hall through the lobby and you'll see the classroom.
