Default Contractor needed in Louisville KY area for stone clad house with structural rot

Email or post on here if you know a contractor in the Louisville KY area that can handle a 1954 house with this

http://indianalimestonecompany.com/i...-bedford-stone

Bad structural rot in the band joists etc. due to moisture behind the stone.

Owner states that it is 4" thick real stone and wants to know if just the lower portion can be removed to make repairs.
