Default Cowardly Attacks

When someone goes to this much trouble to defame Nick, NACHI, and one of its vendors you would think that they would be equally as bold as to take credit for their actions.

Gee I can think of three who could do this I guess there are others who are so jealous of NACHI and what NACHI does for its members .
There unfortunatly some scum who just keep looking for things to try and belittle others .
These type would seldom use there own name.

The ball of phlegm who created that page is disguising himself as a NACHI member. It is disgusting.

Does anyone know how to find out who that site is registered to?

This is a free page on tripod.com

Whois does not detail, by page, who creates pages in that domain. All whois.com shows is the tripod.com info.

It's a tripod(Network Solutions) site. I doubt if you can discover who put the site up.

I am sure that if NICK could contact tripod and make a complaint and the users account would be turned off. However, if the information is correct ( other than the berating of nick area ) that the freedom of information act would probably protect the guy/gal.

Sad thing is.......why someone would take it so personal that they would feel the need to even create the page in the first place...personally I don't care who Nick associates with.....regardless of the claims.

But I will say this......James does have a list of nice vehicles...

It looks like this guy has a real hate for Nick and NACHI, and Pro-Lab.
First... Nick may need to look into getting a body guard, cause this guy sounds crazy.
Second...can anyone substantiate any of this garbage.
I hit a couple of this guys links, and on the vehicle list, they do sound nice/new, and mortgaged for the most part.
Sounds like the guy carries a heavy debt load/overhead, but is that illegal?
Whoever this person (Guy/Gal) is has way to much time on their hands and probably needs professional HELP.
IMHO

A 23 year old in South Florida in the 1980's with cocaine? Please.

Since then he's built how many great companies? How much taxes has he contributed to our nation? How many fellow Americans has he given jobs too? How many great products and services does he deliver? Research that.

Over the years I've watched him donate millions to good causes. There isn't a month that goes by where he doesn't invite me to some charity event.

He is one of the most productive, innovative, generous, citizens this country has ever produced.

First of all, I would like to thank the thousands of loyal NACHI Inspectors who use PRO-LAB on a daily basis. I also want to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to all of those who made the first Inspection Universe such a tremendous success. We look forward to making next years event even bigger and better.

As with all successful companies there will always be someone who tries to bring them down. It is very unfortunate that there are so many jealous and envious people in this world that confuse years and years of hard work with illegal activities. The fact is that PRO-LAB does control a large majority of the Home Inspection Industries Environmental lab testing as well as the retail consumer testing from over 50,000 stores worldwide. Just to clear things up. I have never been convicted of any crime or charged with any Felony. It is clearly a case of being at the wrong place at the wrong time, over 21 years ago.

As most of you are aware, PRO-LAB is still the Largest Supporter of the entire Home Inspection Industry. PRO-LAB does have a strategic alliance with NACHI. However, PRO-LAB still supports events of other Home Inspection membership based organizations from time to time, when needed.

Please Remember PRO-LAB is # 1 because of you. The next time you’re in South Florida call for an appointment and I'll give you a personal tour.

Jamie

There is neither credibility or noble motive behind anonymous attacks, Jamie.

Until this eunuch chooses to come forward and stand by his charges, they only attest to your success and his resentment of it.

BIOGRAPHY
OF JAMES E. McDONNELL IV

One of the first things you’ll notice when meeting James “Jamie” McDonnell, is the intense drive and passion he has not only for his Weston-based companies, but for life in general. As a 43 year old true entrepreneur, Jamie has achieved the American Dream of owning not one but several very successful businesses. He is founder and CEO of PRO-LAB®, the nation’s leading manufacturer and distributor of home safety test kits and the world’s largest environmental testing laboratory, based on testing volume. He is also the founder and CEO of Disaster Restoration, a nationwide mold remediation and restoration company. In addition, he is also the founder and CEO of Windmill Advertising Group, a national full-service advertising agency.

As a Broward County resident for 30 years and a Weston resident for the past 15 years, Jamie enjoys all that Weston has to offer and believes that Weston is an excellent place to live as well as own a business. The lifestyle, restaurants, shops, and solid friendships he’s established are second to none. He rarely has a reason to leave the neighborhood, typically when his wife and children want to explore life outside of Weston or when he has the occasional desire to experience some of South Florida’s other dining or entertainment hot spots. As with most successful entrepreneurs, Jamie possesses that spirit and zest for life that is contagious. Since he first ventured into the business world, Jamie hit the ground running, literally. After attending college, he went door-to-door, feverishly pounding the pavement in New York City selling microwave oven leakage detectors. He has always demonstrated an eagerness and drive to excel in all that he endeavored. Innovative and aggressive, Jamie clearly had a dynamic personality that had “entrepreneur” written all over it at a very young age. He gives credence to the theory that successful entrepreneurs are born that way.

Having the foresight and keen sense of the public’s awareness and concern about hidden environmental home health hazards, coupled with his own health condition (he is an asthmatic) and his concern for protecting his own family’s health, Jamie developed a complete line of easy to use, Do-It-Yourself home safety test kits. The PRO-LAB® brand test kits aid in the early detection of environmental indoor pollutants including mold, radon, lead, asbestos, and drinking water contaminants, etc. and are available to the general public at over 50,000 stores worldwide including home centers, drug, grocery, and hardware stores. Jamie attributes his vision to the simple premise of improving “the air we breathe and the water we drink”.

Just like many of the nation’s largest corporations that started in the garages of their founders -- Apple Computers, Hewlett Packard and Dell Computers, just to name a few,
PRO-LAB® was established in the garage of Jamie’s first Weston home
and quickly soared to a leadership position in the environmental industry.

Within the industry, Jamie is considered to be the best – an innovative marketer, an aggressive salesman and one of the hardest working CEO’S. You can often find him in his office in the late evening hours when he can enjoy some quiet time attending to business without all of the daily interruptions. Jamie has an open door policy when it comes to interacting with his employees. He prides himself on being an approachable, hands-on owner which allows him to always have a strong pulse on the entire operation. He is a strong supporter of the industry’s leading environmental associations and believes strongly in his cause. Jamie also keeps himself busy by attending over 40 national trade shows annually and is an experienced public speaker and frequently guests on national/local radio and television shows discussing the dangers of indoor pollution.

With more and more customers looking to PRO-LAB® for answers to many of their environmental concerns after receiving elevated test results, Jamie recognized the need to offer a solution and founded Disaster Restoration®. Disaster Restoration® first acts in a consultative capacity to help identify the source of the problem, will then make their recommend- ations to determine the necessary steps to resolve the problem, and then will perform the required work to restore the home back to its original condition. Jamie knows that the key to entrepreneurial and business success is very simple – the ability to satisfy the needs and wants of your customers better than anyone else in the world.

Those that know Jamie describe him as bright, Trustworthy, Honest, loyal, dynamic, innovative and extremely generous. He is family-oriented and has a strong sense of values. He builds and cherishes life-long relationships. Jamie is actively involved in the community and has made significant contributions. Jamie’s enthusiastic entrepreneurial spirit is equally as strong as his generous philanthropical spirit. Jamie supports multiple national organizations as well as local charitable organizations including Weston Area Little League, West Broward YMCA, the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County and Florida Troopers.

Jamie is a strong advocate of the leading associations for each of his respective companies. He believes strongly in his causes and delivers the same kind of passion and intensity to his own hometown community as he does to the business communities that he serves.
