Greetings Chesapeake Chapter of InterNACHI Members and Friends!

We invite you to attend the year-end holiday meeting of the Chesapeake
Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. The
meeting will take place on Tuesday, December 15th at 6:00 PM and will be
held in the Captain's Room of:

Our Chapter President Gene Swier will call the meeting to order. After
introductions and agenda items the floor will be open to the attendees for
discussions. The meeting will adjourn at 9:00 PM.

* Secretary/Treasurer Report

* 2009 Year In Review

* Discussion of 2010 meeting plans, recommendations and/or
suggestions for desired topics of discussion, speakers or other educational
opportunities

o 2nd Place - One year paid InterNACHI dues

o 3rd Place - A selection of fine wines

* Closing discussions
