For ever the USA and Canadian Authorities have been trying to stop the smugglers going across the St Lawrence river .
.Takes about 20 seconds one side to the other .
Now just use some logic how the He77 can you expect to close this river off.
When booze was not allowed in the USA they got it from France ( yes France has two islands in the middle of the St Lawrence river) ( Saint- Pierre & miquelon ) and from Canada.
Now it is Cigarettes and Hand Guns big time from the USA. And Wacky Tobaccos from Canada
