They aren’t making you any money if you do. Get them out there!
About 3 years ago I made a dumb comment on here that I wasn’t getting any business from my brochures. The truth was, I wasn’t handing enough out. I had a problem where I was try something a little and discount it as not working.
We will go through 10,000 brochures this years. At $700 it’s a no brainer. I often see them at my inspections in the Realtors folders or pile or papers.
