Default What does the "C" mean?

I have a heater power cord that needs replacing. It is a HPN (I know what that means) AWG 16x2C. What does the "C" mean? Is it for copper?

Criminal is that they were forced to win in overtime, after that blatent interferance call was missed in the end zone.
