Does everyone just hate the word insurance?

How bout some help here. I know most of us have insurance, and maintain a fear & loathing relationship. I made a post earlier titled insurance and it seems the only post that no one will comment on. Just looking for some input. I am about to change companies.... Anyone got anytthing positive to say about their experiances with any insurance company???

Allen Insurance has been very helpful in our construction business, asking us twice as many questions, resulting in substantial savings. Currently working on a quote for the HI ins. Lexington Insurance company had some good numbers but I'm not sure of with their reputation.
