Default Dryer Vent Fire
This was a repair form last week within a condominium community.
Fortunately, the homeowner was home and near the appliance and heard the smoke detector sound as a result of the fire within the appliance.
The Fire was isolated to the laundry dryer but could have easily spread due to vinyl vent and lack of firewalls between 4 units...
