Well some of us are depressed, the market is so high, I waiting again for a buy in point.

Joe, my construction business is exceeding and breaking all sales records for this fiscal year. I have already sold more work this year than last and 70% is remodeling and the rest new construction. People are still spending in the Northeast....... for now.

My inspections are down a bit from last year but that can be because I'm so busy with the other business that I'm not marketing like I should be.
