Unfortunately it is the law is this sorry State. Florida.

Is there anything we can do so we do not have to continue with this unneeded expense?

Mike, Read your Builders E&O. I hope you never need it I got the T-Shirt. But if I ever buy it for HI it will be through Joe he is on our side.

I thought what he offers is an E and O alternative and would not be legal for us.

HIs dont need E&O in FL. But I would give him a ring and ask him.
