Just starting out and need to ask what the minimums are for E/O and General Liability. Is there any guideline, rule etc?

Greg - I can tell you from personal experience that having insurance is a must-have. I would recommend contacting FREA @ www.frea.com. This is a high liability business and you need the best protection you can get.
