On the inspection site I disclaim anything I can't see and I do not volunteer to return...but will if asked and the snow leaves in order to see the things.

Very different from what we have, eh Mark?

I think I've had snow on part of a roof that I had to disclaim once in five years , it was only the northern slope, the southern slope was dry as a bone, but the sun hadn't hit the north side yet.

I do have to disclaim the AC unit in the houses with them in the winter though , sometimes I won't run the heater in the summer (sure pisses off the owners when I do run it in August)

Don't head south!

The temp has climbed to 16 and it is snowing from a clear sky!

My truck tires rode like they were square this morning!

Well, David, it cannot be any worse than up here.

Spent all day with my crew yesterday digging out 20" of snow since last weekend.
Today is 2 below with high winds. Not a good day to work outside.

Here are a few pics of yesterday digging out.

I bet you guys do get tired of it, I couldn't believe how deep it gets out west, if you were lucky, you could just see the ridge of the roofs in some places. It's great for the Body Shops down here!
