Not sure about the rule change as hazardous is hazardous for all but $170 per window to hang some plastic sheets seems a little high.

Maybe I can get work hanging plastic sheets if it pays that well.

Darn contractors never want to pay for any training.

Yet, all the Realtors want HI licensing, most with no limitation of liability.

Go figure.
