Just because someone does not hold or claim to hold the CMI disignation does not mean they would not do a great job as CEO or ED or Head Honcho of the organization. Very few top CEO's started out at an entry level position in any corporation.

But just to make you feel better. Ben and Jerry did make ice cream.

The idea was to get all CMIs to wear a similar red jumpsuit, to grow a monobrow, and to learn to "scratch" like he does. Problem was, this guy wanted to teach CMIs how to get down like he does in the clip. He wasnt a CMI either...
