Default Exposed power line

How many issues do you see here? Home inspection just today in my home town. Sorry, I guess you cannot cut and paste a picture. I sent it to Nick, maybe he can help. Or, e-mail me at gary@metrospec.com and I will answer you back with the picture attached.
