Default Fabric coated wire

What do you tell people when you find 75% of their house wired with old fabric insulated wire?

Seriously, explain the potential hazards with this type of wire. wait for some info from a sparky.......if you havent posted this in the elec section, please do so.

Please realize you have given very limited information and I am surmising many things
Recommend they get an immediate upgrade to a modern wire breaker system .
Advise them they Might pay an elevated Price or possibly their insurance company might not renew the policy.
