You keep using that word TRUTH as if it was relevant to the discussion. Why?

Get the facts!

The Facts: Sen. Barack Obama and Samuel J. Wurzelbacher, a plumber, discussed taxes on small businesses during a campaign stop on October 12 outside Toledo, Ohio. Wurzelbacher said he was about to buy a company that makes more than $250,000 a year and was concerned that Obama would tax him more because of it.

McCain — who seized on the exchange at last week's presidential debate in Hempstead, New York — dubbed the man "Joe the Plumber" and characterized him as a symbol of an everyman entrepreneur who would be burdened by Obama's tax plan. Since then, Wurzelbacher's life has been under a media microscope, and news outlets reported details including the fact that Wurzelbacher didn't have a plumbing license.

–Obama said on MSNBC's "Race For the White House," that McCain is "trying to suggest that a plumber is the guy he is fighting for. How many plumbers do you know making $250,000 a year?"

–Sen. Joe Biden said on "The Tonight Show" that "I don't know many plumbers who are making $250,000 a year and worried about it. We're kind of worried about Joe the fireman, Joe the policeman, Joe the real plumber with a license."

– Speaking on the "Today" show, Biden also said said, "I don't have any 'Joe the Plumbers' in my neighborhood that make $250,000 a year and are worried."

In an interview with CNN on October 16, Wurzelbacher clarified that the company he wants to buy makes well less than $250,000 a year — which Obama says means his taxes would not be increased.

Families making more than $250,000 could see taxes go up under Obama's plan, according to the campaign, while those making less than that amount would not see any raise.

The Verdict: In Dispute. McCain regards these comments as political attacks on Joe Wurzelbacher, but the comments also can be interpreted as Obama campaign commentary on the McCain campaign's rhetoric.

Liberal Media Vilifies "Joe the Plumber"

Wow! The angry left has found someone they hate as much as Sarah Palin, John McCain, and George W. Bush. Who could it possibly be who could cause this kind of vitriol in liberal America? Why, the new celebrity “Joe the Plumber.” The poor man cannot get a moment of peace ever since asking an innocent question to Barack Obama about his tax plan.
“Joe the Plumber” may be able to take some credit in saving America from an Obama presidency. Thanks to him, Obama slipped up and disclosed his true plan to bring about redistribution of wealth, otherwise known as socialism, to this great country.
Americans do not particularly like this economic philosophy that Barry and company plan to enact in our country. In fact, a Gallup poll of Americans was taken in June, 2008, asking if they supported redistributing wealth; 84% opposed the plan, while only 13% were in favor. Sorry, Barry we don’t want to work our butts off so that you can come and take our wealth and determine how to redistribute it.

Needless to say, the media is in full-attack mode. How dare this man ruin Barry’s chance for the presidency. “Joe the Plumber” will pay for the damage they feel he has caused to the Obama machine.

Joe the Plumber: Obama's Answer Was "Right Out of Karl Marx's Mouth" (Video)

No wonder they want him fired, silenced, humiliated, jobless and gone.
How dare he question the Anointed One!

CBS even ran a "reality check" in their attempt to destroy the Ohio plumber.

In an interview yesterday Joe the Plumber, who does not like Obama's socialist plans, said that Barack Obama's answer to him about "spreading the wealth" was "right out of Karl Marx's mouth."
Let's see the media fact check that:

VIDEO of Joe

I hope Joe has some cop friends and good smoke detectors.

The polls are starting to show that maybe Joe was right-- that Americans are starting to look at the issues and not just the media glow surrounding Obama's head.

The Obamedia proved yesterday that they still have the ability to do investigative work yesterday when they dug up that Joe, or Sam, was not licensed and owed back taxes.
They are yet to report that Martin Nesbitt, the treasurer of Obama’s campaign, has tax liens, too. So do his companies.
Their investigative work only goes so far.

I wish that was the whole story.

But it is not. Do some analysis and you will begin to understand.

It's truly a smoke and mirrors campaign promise with the intent to garner votes.
There have been many before this one and there will be many after.
It will not work out the way you hope it will.

Finally Michael I agree with you! Joe the plumber should be allowed to practice plumbing without a license. The thought of those democrats! Hell he doesn't even need to pay the fees and insurance that licensed people do. WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY THINKING! This guy is going to vote for McCain! He should get the free ride. I personally feel he should not have to pay the 11 or 12 k in taxes. Damn DEMOCRATS!

Way to go Michael - When your doing a Home Inspection and an unlicensed uninsured Home Inspector comes into your neighborhood. Remember! McCain ROCKS and so does Joe the Plumber!
