We sure have seen some strange excessive weather this year in a lot of places huh. That's what worries me. I was reading about global warming and Seattle and other places are in for more severe winters and much drier summers.
That's cool when neighbors help each other out. I have some great neighbors by me too.

No disrespect to anyone, snow can be just as dangerous as any other natural event. but we are missing the big picture, they did not know how to swim in New Orleans, where as in deanna part of your chores as a kid is to shovel snow out of the driveway. Wood fireplaces cannot help people in 10ft of feaces and water, jeeps cannot drive in that either. As far as the government responding and society blamming others, the comparison is nowhere equal. There are two completely different ways of life being compared as equals.

How many people died?

Lewis, lots. Although my point was that the inspection community has to decide what it wants to be... a community that looks to the governement, or to themselves when weathering rough times. For many (like Texas), licensing was the hurricane that destroyed our inspection communities.

Cool Nick.

I'll have to check with my neighbors and find out which ones fly Helicopters for the National Gaurd.
