Default Feb. inspection @ 10,000 ft. in the Rockies, unplowed rd., no water or electricity

Gotta love it.

1. The shelf road (getting there)
2. I made the client break trail and carry gear.
3. The home, Nice handrail, eh?
4. No, it wasn't attached, but the art added a homey touch.

I personally love it.

Looking over the side of that road tends to make me feel like I'm going to vomit and then faint, however the view is well worth it.

Thanks for sharing!

You know, if we, as inspectors, can't remember that we don't "pass or fail" a home but report the condition at the time, how can we expect others to get it?

...nice getaway!

Larry;

They won't until they read the fine print with a new NACHI Flashlight that we now have right.??
I hope Kenton did not have to go once he got there, cause there is no toilet paper.

Kenton, hope you brought the news paper. ha. ha.
Where is the snowmoble? Dogsled? Snow shows even.?? Well, there is plenty of bark.

Kenton, I think you are a slave driver. ha. ha.

Kenton,
No NACHI snowmobile.
NACHI logo would look good on an Arctic Cat

You were there to tell them which side of the mountain it would fall down, right?
