I think that this is a disgraceful situation! I sent both of those back because the BOXES were "dinged/ scratched" and then they send them to you?

BTW I had to pay for shipping costs and duty + sales tax. It was a little disappointing, I thought for sure NACHI would pay for the additional costs incurred.

It just goes to show you that the "system" is broken!

I didn't have to pay any shipping or handling when I returned the extra FLIR Cameras and the 2nd Free Hummer!

If I were you I would DEMAND a refund!
