It seems as though some of us with more experience, expertise, etc.. should have a way of showing it without selling our soul to ASHI. I love being a member here for all the right reasons, but honestly, my 13 year old son passed the NACHI exam. I feel strongly that NACHI should remain open to the wider population of inspectors. However, no amount of education proves a thing. Nor does experience. 250 inspections done poorly are just that. Testing is the only way to set an appreciable benchmark. Anyway, seems this discussion is a day late and a dollar short.
