Anyone else receive this email? I reaks of fraud or phishing...

Your company will be inspecting some homes for me
The homes are located in Baraboo



Please note the following below

1, All the pictures for the inspection must be computerised and the report
Will be in PDF format ok

2, STRUCTURE: foundation, crawlspace, footings & columns, floors, walls,
chimneys.
3, ROOFING: structure, coverings, flashings, skylights, vent/stacks.
ELECTRICAL: service entrance, grounding, panel & sub panels, branch
circuits, outlets, GFCI's, circuit integrity.
4, HEATING and A/C: description, combustion system, A/C components, supply
& discharge lines, venting, duct work & registers, controls &
thermostats.
5, PLUMBING: main supply line, distribution lines, fixtures, vents & traps
& drains, functional flow.
6, INSULATION: attic, walls, crawlspace, floors, lines, duct work, air &
vapor barriers.

ALSO TEST THE FOLLOWING

Water Quality test for the 6 homes

Septic inspection only for the 6 homes

Septic inspection and pump for the 6 homes

Radon Testing for the 6 homes

Well inspection for the 4 homes

HOUSE DETAILS

a, Total number of homes to be inspected........... 6 homes

b, Total sqf for 4 homes 3500............ 4500 Respectively

c, Total Sqf for the remaning 2 homes is 4500....... 5000 Respectively

d, All the 6 homes are above 17 years old

NOTE

The inspection must be according to ASHI standard

Please give me the total cost for the inspection of the six(6) homes according to the informations provided.

What is the logic behind paying the realtors? Is it "we're too lazy to write a second check to the realtors so go ahead and write it for us!" What are they supposedly receiving payment for?

Who falls for crap like that? Maybe "in compliance to ASHI standards" is a hint.
