I have a friend that is moving to Fla. and wants to get into the HI biz. What are the requirements for a Home Inspector there?

Yes apart from the business bit .............. there's none of that down here right now

Seriously though, there are no current requirements, but the legislators passed a bill licensing home inspectors in 2010.

wasn't there just a meeting in south Fl were they talked about the Fl regs? I believe Nick was there too.
