Forum Reorganization

As you probably have noticed, we've moved a few things around. Here's a quick summary of the moves:

Moved posts in Inspection Tips > General Tips to General >General Inspection Discussion
Removed Inspection Tips > General Tips
Moved posts in InterNACHI Chapters > Chapter Announcements to General >General Inspection Discussion
Removed InterNACHI Chapters > Chapter Announcements Chapters: please post your announcements in either the General Inspection Discussion or Misc. Discussion forums from now on.
Removed the InterNACHI Chapters section
Moved Hardware, Software & Publications from Inspection Tips to Specific Inspection Topics
Moved Special Discounts for InterNACHI Members from Inspection Tips to General
Removed the Inspection Tips section
Created a new section called Geographically Specific Forums
Moved General > Canadian Inspectors to Geographically Specific Forums
Moved General > California Inspectors to Geographically Specific Forums
