FetchReport.com does exactly this--when you upload a report, it creates a unique password for each person you send it to. Those people must log in using their e-mail address and special password to see the report. And they can only see the reports that have been sent to them.

Ok here is a bug I ran into....Sending two different reports to the same agent on the same day, the only report they can download is the last report I uploaded....I thought it would have given her a list of reports to download so I tested it myself and got the same problem, two different emails same download.

I'm aware of that bug and should have it fixed by Wednesday. Sorry about the trouble. We're actually also building an agent-optimized page so they can quickly access many reports, but I'm working on a fix until that's ready.
