Default Great defect!
The last house I inspected had a garage which looked pretty normal from the outside. But when I went inside I saw that the entire chimney for the wood stove was built on a little shelf sticking out of the wall! It was a classic jaw-dropping moment for me.

LoL, Great pict. I saw one of these once... at least this one went to the ground. I cant believe that held all that weight.
