Great Idea, Dale. I agree 100% as Texas is licensed too and the ONLY thing of value from NACHI for me is what you described.

I don't have anyone for AZ. But I have been thinking of working on a good contractor's list. One thing I am going to try is kind of a survey thing to past clients. Tell them I am putting together a contractor list and if they have had any particualrly good experiences with particular contractors that they think should be on it, let me know.
