Greater Philadelphia Chapter forming

The Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors will be holding an informal meeting coming soon. Details will be posted shortly. Check out the first event the chapter will be hosting under the chapter events link.

Some goals that the chapter would like to accomplish are:

• Develope a social network for area NACHI members
• Maintain a list of NACHI members certified in mold inspections and WDI/O to provide members to help comply with Philadelphia's conflict of interest policies in home and mold inspections.
• Develope a NO COST mentoring program for newer inspectors.
• Provide high quality educational oppertunities for everyone
• Make NACHI the dominant home inspector association in The Greater Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
• Educate local real estate agents and home buyers about NACHI so that they choose a NACHI certified inspector each and every time they need an inspection
