Help with uploading report for MOVE IN CERTIFIED PROGRAM

Can someone guide me in this process. I have uploaded a report as instructed, I created .pdf file from homegauge report. The report is posted, but can not get response when prompting for report on “moveincertified.com”

Somewhere it should have an area you check to make public. I can not remember what it said ot where it says it but the box has to be checked.
