Help Wanted: NY Community College seeking NACHI member to teach inspection course.

Dear NACHI Inspectors:

I am an Assistant Dean at a New York community college who wants to find an instructor for a Home Inspector Certification course. We are trying to respond to new NYS regulations requiring certification of inspectors in the state. It becomes affective this fall. We have found a text and curriculum approved by NYS. We need an instructor to deliver the 4 classroom modules and advise the college on how to accommodate students with the 40 hour unpaid field-based training module.

Is there a local NACHI chapter that can recommend a qualified instructor and/or co-sponsor the college’s programs?
