Position

We are seeking an energetic, dependable and detail-oriented inspector to evaluate properties on a full time basis in the Denver area. The inspector will visit potential acquisitions to assess the most promising and attractive properties for our investors. He or she will be responsible for submitting inspection reports for multiple properties daily, complete with interior and exterior photographs.

Requirements
-InterNACHI certification
-5 years of residential inspection experience
-Reliable transportation & ladders

Preferred
-Knowledge of residential building codes
-Appraisal experience
-Knowledge of Denver metropolitan area geography

Compensation

Our salary will be commensurate with your experience and will include reimbursement for your travel expenses.
